Ultra LED 1.1 – an LED luminaire designed for demanding industrial facilities, our bestseller and flagship solution. This modern luminaire was designed to operate in extreme conditions. The range includes a configuration providing the widest operating temperature spectrum from -35 to +60°C, which, combined with the IP66 protection rating, ensures reliability even in the harshest environments. The polycarbonate diffuser with IK10 impact resistance guarantees durability and safety.

 

Ultra LED 1.1 is available in nine power versions – from 36W to 207W, offering a luminous flux from 5,950 to 37,450 lm and a luminous efficacy reaching 191 lm/W. Two beam angles allow for precise adjustment to the lighting needs of the space.

 

The luminaire can be equipped with a DALI control system or operate in ON/OFF mode. With a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours and a warranty of up to 10 years, Ultra LED 1.1 is an investment in durability, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Construction and environmental resistance

The Ultra LED 1.1 luminaire was designed to operate in demanding industrial environments. It features an IP66 protection rating, ensuring full protection against dust and powerful water jets. The design allows for operation in diverse thermal conditions – the range includes a configuration providing the widest operating temperature spectrum from -35°C to +60°C, enabling installation in cold stores and halls with high-temperature regimes.

 

Lighting parameters and efficiency

This model offers nine power variants ranging from 36W to 207W, generating a luminous flux from 5,950 to 37,450 lm. The device’s luminous efficacy reaches 191 lm/W. Thanks to the availability of various beam angles, the luminaire’s parameters can be adapted to the specific volume of the facility, ensuring appropriate light intensity in both open spaces and warehouse aisles.

 

Control systems and installation

The luminaire is available in a version with DALI digital control or a standard ON-OFF system. This solution allows for the integration of lighting with building management systems (BMS) and the optimization of energy consumption. The use of an external quick connector allows for power connection without opening the housing, which simplifies and shortens the installation process.

 

Durability and operation

The polycarbonate housing has an IK10 mechanical resistance class, protecting components from impacts and mechanical damage. The lifespan of the LED modules is 100,000 hours, and the product is covered by a 10-year warranty. Optical parameters, including a low UGR (Unified Glare Rating), reduce eye fatigue for users.

 

Mounting possibilities

Ultra LED 1.1 is equipped with a mounting rail along the entire length of the profile, allowing for the use of existing suspension points and flexible installation. A wide selection of color temperatures enables the light to be adjusted to the purpose of a given workstation or the specific nature of a commercial facility.

Ultra LED 1.1 is an excellent choice for production halls, offering resistance to harsh temperature conditions and luminous efficacy reaching up to 191 lm/W. With nine power variants from 36W to 207W (5950–37450 lm) and two light distribution angles, it can be precisely adapted to different types of spaces — both wide zones and focused workstations.
